Dr. Yasmine Nabih
Lead HR consultant at Big Move Consultancy and Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Leadership, with over 13 years of experience across academia and industry. She currently serves as Associate Dean of Educational Affairs at the Graduate School of Business, Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport. Yasmine specialises in delivering impactful corporate training programmes using interactive, practical approaches that drive real workplace results. She delivers workshops in leadership, strategic HR, organisational development, and communication, presentation and negotiation skills. In her consultancy work she has led projects in HR restructuring, organisational audits and performance management systems, helping organisations align people strategies with business goals. She holds a PhD from Universidade do Minho, and focuses on translating theory into practical business impact.
